The Children's Circle of Friends Foundation was established in 1986 as a charitable foundation that provides financial support to programs of the D&E Counseling Center for the treatment and prevention of emotional and behavioral disorders in children.



Such programs include summer and after-school intensive therapeutic treatment for kids at risk for being expelled from school due to behavior and mental health problems, suicide prevention and family treatment.
