The D&E Counseling Center provides care to children and families from several convenient locations in Youngstown. Each facility is designed to accommodate the special programs offered by the Center in a comfortable and spacious setting.


Outpatient services are offered Monday through Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., Friday until 5:00 p.m. Our emergency services are available 24 hours, 7 days a week.

Camp Challenge is a recreational therapeutic camp, designed to help children with severe behavior and social skills problems. This 5-acre camp is nestled in the heart of Mill Creek Park, one of the largest metropolitan parks in the United States.
