Locations and Hours
The D&E Counseling Center provides care to children and families from several convenient locations situated throughout the Mahoning Valley.
Each facility is designed to accommodate the special programs offered by the center in a comfortable and spacious setting.
Outpatient services are offered Monday through Thursday from 9:00 am to 8:00 PM, Friday until 5:00. Our emergency services are available 24 hours, 7 days a week.
