Services include group training sessions, consultation services to preschool staff, and direct group experiences to preschool-aged children. The Center also employs therapists who are specially trained to work with children six years of age and under.

The Devereux Early Childhood Assessment (DECA)
The DECA program is designed to promote a preschool child's emotional and social growth by strengthening positive behaviors. D&E staff work closely with parents and preschool teachers to first assess a child's level of self-control, initiative and attachment, then develop plans to further strengthen these factors. Throughout the school year periodic evaluations are administered to plot and monitor growth in identified areas.
